Really enjoyed that, so funny. I lived in Glasgow for many years, and learned to speak/understand the lingo quite well. A small Indian boy aged four arrived at the nursery school I ran in the summer holidays. His mum didn't speak much English, but in the way of little ones, he picked up Glasgae very quickly. I'll always remember when he ran up to me after playing with water in the sand tray. "Muss! Muss! Ma hond - ets a' sond!" Don't you just hate those blasted phone voice recognition abominations? "State clearly why you are contacting us today..." I have quite a normal accent, but it never understands me. I've learned to keep pressing nought, with clenched teeth, and eventually a human being arrives on the line.
