Hi, Yes, I guess they are panic attacks of a kind, as people with Asperger syndrome are indeed supposed to get. But since by now I know what causes them, I can mostly handle them. E.g., I just found that something in my shopping bag had leaked a bit. On 27 days of the moon I'd wipe every item as I take it out of the bag (regardless of whether it needs it), and throw the bag in the laundry. At Full Moon, I'm likely to take a more active solution, like moving the contents of all items to other containers, so I can dump all the packaging immediately. At New Moon, I may leave the shopping bag as being impossible. (The next day, I'll rescue what I can.) I did look into this one, but it's hard enough to find someone who doesn't look funny when I say the Full Moon influences my daily cycle. If I were to say those panic attacks Asperger literature talks about are actually New Moon-related, the reaction might for me be hard to cope with. Anyway, not to worry: It's only once or twice a year that I notice it's New Moon from the scare I'm having, and this was a bad one, as such scares go. But thanks for the advice. Bye Mysha
