Any room you go in, has an administrator. They have a four digit number given to them by the person who set the room up.When they enter the number the " @ " sign appears before their name and then they can "red dot" you(turns off your mic) or bounce you (you wont be able to get into that room for 24hrs),You have to know the rooms administrator,to get the four digit code. All these administrators dont work for Pal Talk. People who work for Pal Talk at their H.Q. have the "@" sign in front of their name but their whole name is in red. These people run the entire system and can close down entire rooms with one button press. You could always set up your own room and you would be the administrator, then come back here and try to get people to visit it.Setting a room up is very easy, just follow the prompts.Dont forget anyone can become an administrator but only Pal Talk employees have their names always in red,the rest are in black.Good Luck. FROM A PAL TALK SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
