I can fully understand the (more than annoying) disconnect between key input and delay...even a micro-second. I played (over a couple years, on occasion) a giant pipe-organ in a stone mausolium. The bass pipes were in the two distant "arms of the cross" architecture, perhaps, 200 feet away. It took extreme concentration, and rigid timing to keep the keyboard and foot-pedals connected. The same holds true for a carrillon, the delay between fist pounding "the key" and a distant bell ringing and returning to the ear requires some serious adjustment compared to a piano, etc. I am quite surprised with your current issue. I assume, this is happening with ear-phones, and is more than the 60 cycle electrical. Sincerley, Gargoyle the delay of 1/60th would be awkward...however, the ability to align tracks is in an after production issue that is quickly resolved. Audascity is pretty awsome...but I still the old "Cakewalk."
