I think a win for Mr Corbyn may be a poisoned chalice, and could end his career. The biggest problem is Brexit, Mr Corbyn has always been anti-EU, while the Parliamentary Party are solidly in favour of retaining membership.....They are quite capable of political assassination once in power. Mr Corbyn is also at odds with the Parliamentary Party on other issues, i.e. the replacement of Trident. A win for Labour given the present crop of MPs could lead to a complete breakdown of authority.....not a good thing when taking on the Bureaucrats of Brussels. Personally I would prefer to see a modest victory for Mrs May, who at least will go into battle with a united force. Mr Corbyn's day will no doubt come.
