Meanwhile, I don't want to change the *size* of everything, nor all the fonts, just the font of only the words under my icons, which has some kind of shadow effect I think I chose somewhere but which makes the word unreadable in that font now that I have a new background. Not that font size, that font.

And my new background is a basset hound on a beach, how relaxing is that. Do not wish to change that for a while.

I used to be able, under Personalize, to point to the thing that said something like Icons and you could adjust the font, and its size, and its distance from the icon, and the icon spacing, etc.

Is that just something nobody played with so they took it away? It was part of the fun of getting a new computer, which is why I think I might have chosen, somewhere somehow, the font that now I don't like and can't remember how I did it in the first place.
