But factory standardization, pubs serving from 'bag in a boxes', trendy re-branding & mass media marketing campaigns, have reduced it's variable potency and 'authenticity' in recent years.... [damn you thatchers gold and the trendy kids who demand it...] When I was a boy in the early 60s, my dad's trusty supplier was the farmer who drove his transit round the estate once a week delivering big glass flagons of his dodgy rot gut...
