Hi John, I am sorry to hear of your loss. I got to know Malcolm well during the sixties up until the time he went to live in Norway. I booked him regularly into the Ballads & Blues Club in London and we spent time together socially. He was an amusing raconteur with a great spiel between numbers and certainly one of the earliest and most competent flat-pickers that we had in the UK. It was a pity we lost him to Oslo. I am pleased to know that he had still been able to continue playing for so long. I really appreciate having known him. My condolences to you and your family. Hootenanny
