On excessive precautions for photos. I went on a trip of a lifetime a few years back and decided I needed every bit of security i could come uo with, so ended up taking a 64Gb memory card for every morning and evening, eight spare batteries, a second camera and a portable hard disk sdcard backp gadget. Then when I got home I backed everything up to an ftp area and the cloud and a secondary 2Tb drive. At that is all in addition to my normal nightly backup to the cloud. It is not as if the photos are that specual, but they are mine!
