Good news, by the time Irma hits FL the top wind speeds of 225 will drop `~ 70 mph or more. jargon; a 'loss of containment' is like a leak but nothing near a meltdown. "You're not helping" - something I've heard my wife say to me. F3 is a tornado measurement not a hurricane measurement which is done by categories. Cat 5 is 500 times more damaging than a cat 1. Cat 4 is 250 times more damaging than cat 1.
