Not BT, but I had an interesting discussion with British Airways about the difference between things that are included (and therefore part of the contract) and things that are complementary (and therefore they feel no obligation to provide). From the consumers side - assuming you get them - there is no apparent difference. It is only when they don't arrive you discover the difference ...
