alive or not...some little things have happened since I started the folly advocating for reformation of concertinas in the mid 90s... There are quite a few nowadays having tried wrist straps on Englishes and neck/shoulder-straps for all systems, adding thumbstraps on Anglos ( or Duets) , using levers instead of press buttons for air valves on Anglos, using wider buttons in general - often spontaneous measures and a little bit based on trial and error rather than more profound insight but that is how progress mostly comes by during all history - for better or worse - but without experimenting development never happens
