I looked up the term 'toddler' and the consensus is that it applies to a child between 1 and 3 years old. One that usually walk in an un-steady manner or 'toddles'. The thread titles suggest that such kids are held in abandoned dog kernels just to teach their parents a lesson. This claim is complete crap yet the moderators let it slide. Muscat has a problem.
