as I remember, though it was many years ago,I went on the AMCOS/APRA website and downloaded an application form. on there you will in all the songs and also how many CDs you want to produce and the sale price they and they come up with a $ figure and a certificate of approval. the problem's that without it, most CD manufacturers won't produce your CD.
