Hi Alice, I just stepped into this page a few days ago and answered your thread with my email-adress (danielmarsch...), then learned how to become a member and I found out that the name Daniel was already taken, to I choose Malena (which is actually the name of a really beautiful tango), so Malena=Daniel, easy, eh? Singing Tango has always been a very male and macho thing, but there are some female singing recordings, I know some old ones, look f.i. for the names of Cecilia Gomez and Rosita Barrios. PS: actually in this tango Malena is a woman how sings the tango like nobody does (Malena canta el tango, como ninguna), but then again, this song is sung by men...
