I never met Eamon but have several of his CDs. Pat Tynan at Market Square Records alerted me to him and I'd always hoped one day to see him live and to try and bring him to Southport. His songs were well-written, well-observed and often quirky in the most likeable way. His gentle delivery and conversational style chimed with me. I shall treasure his music always and lament the fact that we never got to shake hands and for me to say "I'm the biggest fan you never knew you had!" Rest easy Eamon.
