Mike Raven in "English Folk Guitar" says Annan Water is in Open G, but the guitar on the record is playing in F. So Open F by tuning down a tone. The tab shows a constant tremelo on the first string using m and i with the thumb playing the bass pattern. The 6th string is not played.
