I remember a group--I think it was actually a duo--that I heard somewhere in the earlier 1980s. They called themselves "The Billies"
They included some drums made from spackle buckets, among some other interesting instruments. I heard them in Gaithersburg Maryland USA. They were part of the WFMA showcase series.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where/how I could reconnect with some of their music? Thanks in advance.
