I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone for permission to use Pittenweem Jo in upcoming cd. We are in the final days for assembling the music. I understand the current copyright holder is not in good health now. Should I abandon the hope of including this? Can anyone give permission for it to be used? I would gladly pay the copyright fee. There are literally about three days to solve this. Should I go ahead and try to sort it out later? There is no money to be made in this cd..just break even about.
