Clive passed away in January 4th 2022. He was a hugely respected - and loved -figure on the Merseyside folk music scene...and far beyond. A man of many talents, and a fine singer with a wonderful warm stage presence. For decades, he was the shining light of the Bothy Folk Music Club in Southport, and his passing he will leave a huge gap on Merseyside folk music scene. Others can fill in more detail about his very extensive involvement in world of folk music. I’ve not included his year of birth because for some reason he was always secretive about it but I would think that he would have been in his early 70s.
