I remember a band called (if my memory is correct) the Huckleberries, performing in a Cheshire country pub some 60 years ago. A lot of the songs had altered words, amusing and usually off-colour. The only ones I remember though are: See the girl with the red dress on, She won't have it on for very long See the girl with the diamond ring I know what she did to get that thing See the girl that's dressed in green Put her down, you don't know where she's been Happy days.
