sorry to report - this set has been cancelled!

from Marston:
"In late December of 2021, we received unsettling correspondence from the representatives of the Marian Anderson estate that necessitated legal counsel to determine a response. After months of exploring options on how to best proceed, based on scenarios presented by our attorney, we are saddened that we will not be producing the Anderson set."

IMO this is disgraceful of the Anderson estate. These recordings
should be available to honor this great artist.
