Sad news indeed. Met him first when Marsden Rattlers were spending a lot of time with the wonderful members of the Great Fife Road Show in the 60s.
I hear he went to see Bob Dylan on two consecutive nights recently- Dylan was always his favourite but I'll always be grateful for introducing me to the classic Byrds LP- 'Sweetheart of the Rodeo'
