I am now sure that Hamilton Camp DID not write Wandering Angus melody-The recording that Burl Ives made A decade before Hamilton Camp was working.-So it was either Burl Ives-
Who sings my version on his earlier recording at least 10 years before I did or someone anonymously wrote the melodies supposed to Angus and Innisfree somewhere in the dust of the preceding Century

oh PS I heard this song sung by Wilholt in 1960 at the gate of horn-He’s gone now, so I can’t ask him who he thinks wrote the melodies
