Aw Steve, that is so kind of you. I bet Basil likes you very much. In our last house (set in a huge plot of land bordering on fields) we had a similar foxy chap come up to our patio doors and peer in. Like you, I gave him some cat food, and he got quite accustomed to our presence. He never attacked our five (!!) cats. He was a very bright orange colour, extremely handsome.
