Aren't the taxes deducted beforehand? Here they are. If you win 10 million, you get 10 million.
Some time ago, a whole family could win "together". You could say that you, your parents, your children and/or siblings called with the same name as you had chipped in to buy the ticket. Now we can't so we can't share equally though we can give some of it as presents but I have no real idea of what the tax-free percentage may be. The taxes will come with any estate you'll buy afterwards.
