Yo-yo Ma and Buotros Boutros Ghali go out for lunch at a restaurant in New York. The waiter comes to take their order. "I'll have the mahi-mahi." says Yo-yo. The waiter then turns to Boutros Boutros, "And Your Excellency?" In response, he asks, "How's the couscous?" The waiter replies, "So-so."
