I can't help with the tunes (though the first waltz sounds familiar) but everything about the performance but the hats is anachronistic.

Boone seems to be in his forties, which would place the dance in the 1770s. The waltz wouldn't be introduced to America for another twenty years.

The button accordion was invented in 1829 and was little known in the U.S. for years afterward.
