GUEST,Ellen Donaldson Lyr Req: Mr. Moon (95* d) RE: Lyr Req: Mr. Moon 04 May 24

My parents sang this song on road trips at night with the moon following us down the road. We were kids. It was in the 50’s. On trips from Atlanta to Columbus, Georgia.

Oh Mr. Moon, Moon, bright and silvery moon, won’t you please shine down,on me!
Oh Mr. Moon, Moon, bright and silvery moon, won’t you come from behind that tree?
MY life’s in danger, I’m fraud to run, yonder comes a man with a big Gatlin gun
Oh M. moon, Moon, bright and silvery moon, won’t you please shine down on me!
