I last saw Heather in April in NYC. She seemed fine. In fact, we walked from Chinatown up to Central Park (around 7 miles) on a nice, sunny day. I then managed to miss a dinner she arranged in London a few weeks later.

So sorry she's gone. It seems impossible, really.
