Hi Heather Your version uses the chorus/refrains and probably tune of quite a few versions of Froggy in Britain. That chorus history going back to the 17th century can be found in other threads. Try searching for 'Rigdum'. The earliest recorded Froggy versions go back to the 16th century.
By clicking on the User Name, you will requery the forum for that user. You will see everything that he or she has posted with that Mudcat name.
By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.
