One of our local worthies has perfected the art of slashing the haggis deeply with his trusty dirk or sgian dubh or even a claymore, and managing to retrieve it from the centre of the haggis with just enough haggis on the blade to flick it backwards in several blobs down the wall behind him! Gle mhath!
