BWM - The original is smooth and labelled 'creamy' or 'tasty' but most stuff you get in the supermarkets is the crumbly version which I am not that keen on. Singletons, Kirkhams or Dewlay are the ones to look out for as they are made within sight of Beacon Fell where it should originate from :-)
