Thanks for writing that out, GUEST. I can't be certain where the above transcription came from, but it matches this Facebook video (published by Bayview Pentecostal Tabernacle on March 17th, 2021) pretty closely. The performer, Pastor Gary Bartlett, wrote that he couldn't recall with certainty who wrote it, but believed it was written by a gentleman named Luther Lander, from Labrador, Canada "some years ago."
