Actually I'm now a lapsed vego, Helen. I got my gut situation straightened out and partake of turkey and chicken now and then so I'll give your recipe a go. My favorite sammich is turkey on whole wheat toast with avocado slices and a little bit of garlic mayo. I find it's best to keep things simple with avocados because they're so easily overpowered. Looks like another beautiful day here in SWFL.
