IIRC the TUNE is Y Grisial Grwnd - The Crystal Ground - a harp tune in the 1778 collection of tunes of Anglesey fiddler Morris Edwards. I thought it might be in Edward Jones' "Musical and Poetical Relicks of the Welsh Bards" as he republished a lot of stuff from Edwards' collection but I don't see it on a quick look. (Available on Google Books.) sian
