I am still using Win10, but this week got the message that after Oct. 2025 they won't support it. I knew this was coming, but I usually wait until there is another OS (skipping systems, going from Win7 to 10, for example). Discussion of the end of 10, advent of 12. They changed management and decided to push AI instead of working on the OS. Now they're getting pushback.

I may have to go to Win11. Add this to the list of things that contribute to why I want a new clean backup.
