Beer, Australia's first & oldest folk club is the Bush Music Club (est. 1954 & still going strong) & our blog has a lot of information about our early members, many of whom are mentioned on the video. Guide to BMC blog I'm BMC's archivist & blogger & have posted over 1000 articles since 2012 - there's still lots of info to be posted. Most recent donation to Archives was a Lever Arch Folder full of carbons of early songs, typed up in the 70s - ps. they have all been published in one of our founder, John Meredith's books - Folk Songs of Australia and the men and women who sang them - 1967 + 1987 (co-author Hugh Anderson), & Vol 2 1987 (co-authors Roger Covell & Patricia Brown) sandra
