Another part of the whole connecting things to the computer process is that a couple of years ago the Bluetooth card failed, and my wireless mouse wasn't working. I got a little TP-Link nano adapter that plugs into one of the front USB drives, but every so often it blinks out and I have to reconnect the mouse.

I've just pulled up the Dell diagnostics stuff, got the list of bits and pieces in my computer and did a search on the WiFi and Bluetooth device(s) - to see if they are one or two in here. (It says two.) I'll do two things here first: unplug the nano and run a new batch of drivers to see if the card inside starts working again, and if not, turn off the computer and open it up to see if there are one or two cards. I could replace just the Bluetooth card or put in a new card to replace both WiFi and Bluetooth parts. The cards aren't very expensive, and that's an easy part of the computer to reach. While I'm in there maybe I should see about room to add a USB 3.0 expansion card. (My old HP was the best as far as USB ports front and back and enclosed in an extra connector cupboard on the front.)
