I'm not so much optimistic as I am trying to do some critical thinking and recognize that there are a lot of smart people out there trying to work out ways to neutralize the Trump effect it not outright remove him. He's playing with the world economy like a spoiled child; today dropped all of them down to 10% tariffs (the usual is in the 1 - 1.5% range) except for China, where he's making it worse. He's such a brain-dead puppet.
