A lot of the Geological and Weather information around this is going to be hamstrung by the agency cuts. Mt. Spurr may be more of a surprise than people expect because of that. (I heard a great story about that on NPR last week, where one of the crew on the broadcast was a descendent of Spurr, and told the story of how he worked surveying up in Alaska.)
