I found that - it's one of a raft of BBC News apps (BBC News Hausa, BBC News Somali, ...) but it's not clear whether that actually plays BBC Workd Service radio like Sounds does. But it's not available in the UK so I can't check.

It - presumably all of those 'BBC News' apps - mainly provides BBC TV programmes plus local adverts, I think.
