At at the very end of last Sunday's Feedback they read out a slightly longer statement from BBC Studios which said (in part) that listeners outside the UK would have access on "alternative platforms" to "the BBC's music stations, R1, R2, R3, R6Music, R1Extra, Asian Network as well as the BBC stations from around the nations and regions including local radio."

i.e. They sell BBC stuff abroad.
