Ah ha, Trump's bill did try to sneak in a contempt of courts law but was caught by the Congressional parliamentarian. 16 different such sneaky attempts outside of the budget have been blocked! A lengthy post of mine disappeared, probably because I had 2 Mudcat pages open and closed the wrong one; it was all about sneaking things into a bill.
