Building inspection this morning — no red flags or showstoppers, but a few projects. Only one appliance doesn’t work, the gas fireplace. The building inspector could not get it to light up, so we will ask the sellers to have it cleaned and serviced before closing. For those who like to visit on line, the address is 141 Inverkip Avenue in Ottawa.
