The Rogues' March was a tune used by the British Army to accompany a man being marched to punishment - usually a flogging or worse from Napoleonic times (who says we lack poetry?). But there evolved a song to go with it of which I have one verse: Twenty I got for selling my shirt, Twenty I got for selling my blanket, If ever I list for a soldier again The Devil shall be my sergeant. Poor old soldier, poor old soldier, If ever.... Has any of you good people got the rest of the verses? Thanks, Chris.
