What your faire needs is not more support from readers of this message, but a more aggressive marketing campaign.

You need to make your faire somehow 'different' from the big one...perhaps more historical, lower prices, more intimate, more safe for children, or a whole host of other things that the faire can do to distinguish it from the 'big" one. Once you decide how the faire can be different, then you need to use that in your advertising to attract more patrons.
