The song on the digitrad is a different one, and older than the one I have, which was probably written in the sixties. Geoff's right about the Burton Salts. When we lived in Notts and brewed, we used to add them to the water. I don't know if they got added to Shippo's. (It never did travel well, and it has ended up in Burton via the old Greenall brewery somewhere up in the north-west, after leaving Basford in Nott'm. Used to be in a big old Victorian brewery, and early in the morning you could see them getting the beautiful big drayhorses groomed - all greys. Sigh Andrea
