Can't say that I do know any Ellis' or Knights personally, nor do the names ring any bells as far as my geneology is concerned. There was a famous 19th century Mormon named Jesse Knight who discovered silver in the mountains of western Utah, and who's resulting financial contributions to the church enabled it to get over some rough times. I believe he was American born, however. Regarding the sacred garments, the word "sacred" implies that we don't talk about it in public!
