I had a wisdom tooth out the day before a friend's wedding. At the reception his brother breathed a sigh of relief when I mentioned what had been going on, because he thought that I had been slugged! On all the photographs I am facing the same way to hide the "no neck" effect! At least, being a bottom - sorry Spaw - LOWER tooth, I had no black eye.

The worst part was having the damn thing dug out under local anaesthetic!
